Amazing building, with excellent design exhibits. The store is small and there's no cafe inside.


() I was expecting something from the review, but it is just too small. As I looked around, I saw the exit right in front my eyes. This was my worst experience in life. I left the hall within 5 minutes. (


The museum is a very unique and modern piece of art. Tickets are affordable and well worth the visit.

) Christo & Jeanne Claude exhibition. It was the end of the session, but it was in the morning on a weekday, and it was snowing, so there weren t many people.  An exhibition that makes the most of the venue. It took me more than 2 hours to watch all the videos, but I was very satisfied.  (

Tadao ando designed this design museum. The main exhibit space is in the basement. It keeps the height low.


This museum is truly unique. I visited it while the Arc de Triomphe was being wrapped. However, they often change the collections so they may be different. It was very well-set up and includes some videos. A guide also gave us an overview of the origins and goals of the center. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes design.


located in the heart of Tokyo midtown. took my wife and her family there for lunch. we were seated in a small private room with nice view. amazing quality of food and service for a reasonable price. I ll definitely visit again.

Service was so so , which is surprising as such a small place. Sushi chef no complaints , but more the waiting staff. Small place with nice decor. Food was ok at best and certainly the wrong price for two people . So left feeling...as thou i didn t the right bang for my buck. won t be going back.

Great food, great place and good service.  Came for dinner on a  tuesday night.  Ordered the set, foei gras and the beef was exceptional.

2 chefs cooking for you , what more would you want   The theatre is authentic, not elaborated, pure a Japanese.  It is pricy , and there may be challenging dishes for a westerner , but after a week in Japan this has been the...easiest meal to eat!!  Give it a go!!!

Very traditional teppanyaki restaurant, without the hoopla that people are used to seeing in other countries where so called teppanyaki is served.  Here it is dignified, the chefs only talk when spoken to or when explaining the dish.  Business conversations can proceed in low tones...without the need to shout over the din of clashing knives.  Food is Japanese wagyu. The real McCoy. Cooked in front of you to your liking.  The steel cooktop is at least 75mm (3 ) thick and this allows for good heat distribution and thermal retention.   Meals start slow with a small selection of eats, then proceeds to the beef, lobster and abalone. From there you have a choice of plain rice or garlic rice.    The garlic rice is blended with the fat of the beef, which is finely chopped and cooked till crispy brown.  The meal would take at least 2.5 hours, no rushing here.  Great food, super professional service and your every need is catered for in a polite and almost invisible manner.  Ideal restaurant for that special occasion or after the closing of a business deal.   Prices are high, allow at least US$200 per head.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the views as the sun set outside our private dining room. Chef was friendly and efficient. Waitresses in nice kimono. Kaiseki dishes were excellent, as were the dishes they came on. Beef was very good (we tried aged, wagyu, filet,...etc), but didn t seem to me any better than what you would get at a high end American steakhouse. Prices okay if you are on generous expense account or with rich relatives.

Kisentei offers a marvelous balance between attentive service, showmanship, beautiful ingredients very well prepared. It is possible to book online. Nice drink selection, including no alcohol beer or tea if you need to work after the meal for example.

We booked a table on the recommendation of a friend and was quite pleased to be seated at the main counter. As we were the first seating, we had the benefit of full attention by both the staff and the teppanyaki chefs. The beef (sirloin...and tenderloin options) were without doubt of high quality and really tasty and the abalone was likewise delicious. That said, my husband was still slightly hungry after the set meal and for what you pay for, can be deemed as not so good value for money which would be equivalent to Michelin dining pricing. It was good to have experienced it once and the location at Tokyo Midtown is great but would probably not come back and consider other teppanyaki options.

Excellent Tepanyaqui restaurant. It is located in the third floor of a mall. The food is fresh and of great quality.

Went shopping in Tokyo Midtown and we decided to have teppanyaki.  We ordered 2 sets of ribeye and 1 set of fish.  The 100 gm. wakyu marbling looked great. My fish set came with one medium size prawn, a scallop and a 1.5  X  3  slice...of squid, quite disappointing!  Total charge for 3 persons with grape juice and jasmine tea was about 22,000 Yen, and just filled half of our appetite!
