Easy enough to figure out what to do. Pretty unique experience and excellent ramen! Got here around 9am and there was no line (a small line was starting when I was leaving). I was traveling alone, so this was perfect for me. I love that...this setting makes you really just focus on the food with no distractions loved it!

Finally had a chance to try the ichiran ramen, as there are no queues in front of the stall. Very nice experience where one can customised your ramen accordingly! Finished the whole bowl and it is very satisfying!

Went at 3 pm and there is no Q at all. Ordered through the machine, get a ticket and pass ticket to the staff at the counter. Ramen was delicious and the broth was just nice and not too thick for me. Yummy!!

Waited for 20 minutes. Is worth the wait The whole ramen experience of queueing, filling in a menu of sorts where you choose the flavor strength and richness of broth, strength of noodles and the level of spice, sitting in your own booth, the collapsing...of window shade after serving the ramen makes it WORTH THE WAIT.

This is my favourite ramen place in Shinjuku so far. The wait was a bit long but just proves the good reputation that Ichiran has. Once in my booth, ramen was served and cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed this experience and will definitely come again...before leaving Tokyo. Thank you Ichiran
